This feels like the right board.
I spent all day at my daughters volleyball tournament and couldn't sleep that night with my ear ringing. Anyone have any ear plugs they recommend for indoor sports. If possible I'd still like to be able to hear my wife sitting next to me.

Try the entertainment board. I know they were discussed for concerts recently. Apparently there are some made for just that that could maybe work for you.

I use Eargasm Ear plugs when I go to concerts. You can still hear everything, but it feels like it's a drastic difference when I take them out.

I feel for you. My wife coached high school and club volleyball for a decade. Those tournaments are no joke in terms of how loud they get

This may sound dumb, but I've found my airpods in and noise cancelling off work really well fort that.
