How long do you want to ignore this user?
I've seen these ads popping up a lot lately and it has me curious. If it's a crazy calorie deficit diet and high intense workouts, then that's not for me. But if it's simple planning and light exercise, then I may be interested.

I had been running for almost a year, but my lower back got messed up and I had to stop about 3 months ago. I've lost all the tone I had built up and the weight is coming back.

I just can't do anything with high intensity because of the hip/back issues.

I'm female if that makes a difference in your review. Thanks!!

I've seen the ads but never looked into it personally. Might want to watch this video first before paying any significant money for their programs though.

He's considered to be one the latest big fitness influencer scammers. His workouts aren't that bad, but they aren't original and they're directly stolen from other fitness content creators. From what I've seen he focused on isolating muscles to a much greater degree than he should have given that he claims to cater to beginners. Diet wise the dude just gives out massive amounts of misinformation. I don't remember specifics, but just look up videos of other fitness creators exposing him.

I also think I remember the company behind the guy being pretty shady.

Thanks! I knew it looked scammy. Glad I asked before going down that road!
