Yoga and stretching; 30 mins
Peace for Ukraine!
Dude. 8 miles here. 8:30 on first mile, and cranking out 7:25 on the last one with gas left in the tank. Just focus on how good you feel after mile 3. In weather like this, my half marathon pace is faster than my 10K. Power through!CDub06 said:
10 miles.
It's so hard to get up early when it's so cold out.

Been a ****ty two weeks of back problems but got good news at the doctor today. No idea what my fitness is like at this point, but there is at least a path forward to running again and getting to BCS in one piece and in some kind of race shape.
Did 45 minutes on the stationary bike this morning before all that this afternoon.
