What is your advice for quicker and lighter jumps?

It's all in the wrists.
do you use a mat to jump on? what rope do you use? I have a couple on order that are relatively cheap just to get my feet wet with it but if I can manage it with my carpal tunnel, I will invest in a more expensive crossrope.wbt5845 said:
Two years ago, I couldn't do one jump. Now I can knock out about a hundred before my legs get too tired to kee going.
Tricks for me:
- Keep hands as still as possible.
- I actually spin the rope with either my left or right hand, but not both. I switch between hands driving the rope every ten reps.
- I try to make sure I'm not drifting backwards. As I get tired I drift backwards.
- I also found it easier to jump FAST as opposed to slow. Once I get the rhythm going, it's easy to stay with it.
