Hands down the best tasting low-carb/Keto "candy bar" on the market.

This is my first experience with "Allulose" and it just tastes better than the other stuff. They claim it just passes through the body without being absorbed, making it nutritionally more like a fiber than a sugar.

Anyone else try em? Are there any other "health bar" kinds of things made with allulose out there?

Depending on the person, allulose can have different effects on blood sugar, which isn't ideal for some on keto. For me, they're good for a treat every once in a while but I can't eat them every day.

If you like that the Quest bars use allulose, you should check out KNOW Foods. They use it too and taste pretty good IMO.

We are addicted to the regular Quest Bars (never had the hero bars).
We get an Amazon Subscribe and Save delivery of 6 boxes every month.

Not on keto anymore, but they are the best tasting and most macro friendly protein bars.

I also love the Quest (regular) bars for macros.

Check out Marigold Bars, as well. They have a few flavors that are 20-21g P, 8g F, 8g C.
