How long do you want to ignore this user?
My spouse (former member of A&M Cycling Team) and her running partner (who ran Boston today) started a bootcamp and online programming business called Outer Peace Fitness. They are offering free two week trial memberships for the online programming (don't worry, no credit card needed, so it actually expires after two weeks). Members get four workouts sent to them every Sunday evening. The workouts are made up of two core/cardio days, a lower body day and an upper body day. She asked me to post it here to get your feedback.

I travel a lot for work and have found that I much prefer her interval training (about 30 minutes per session) to running on a treadmill or the lame hotel gyms.

The link to her site is http://www.outerpeacefitness.com if you want info before trying the free trial.

The link for the two week free trial is https://outerpeacefitness.memberspace.com/member/sign_up/51cc9c02d6

You can also follow them on instagram @outerpeacefitness if the above doesn't interest you, but you'd like to be supportive of a fellow Aggie.

Thanks!

Don't think that her plan fits into what I'm doing currently, but I followed on instagram!

Went to website to check it out and in order to complete sign up it was requiring a credit card. Maybe I missed it but I didn't see anything about selecting a free trial.

The second link I posted should allow you to create a free account. I'll repost it below. Please let me know if it doesn't work!

How do the workouts get sent? Via email? Link to website/video?

In my opinion, these are all outdated delivery methods. How about developing an app that gives subscribers access to new workouts every week along with the ability to set reminders to do those exercises.

The workouts are posted to the website every Sunday night. Its up to the user as to how/when to use them. They are not sent through email. The member logs on and has access to the workouts.

The ultimate goal is to build an app, but funding the app is the issue. Squarespace allowed them to build the site simply and at a low cost...and its pretty functional.

Hopefully the app comes soon, but she needs additional funding first.

Thanks for the feedback. This is exactly what we are looking for through posting here.

Here is a screenshot of my ipad with the site pulled up with the corresponding timer on my phone (from my instagram account).

App development has become really expensive... especially since you really need apps for both Apple and Android these days.

It sounds like she's got the right idea for sure. Fitness is huge right now, and I really like this "something new and different every week" format that let's the user do the workout at a time that is best for them. Good luck to you both!

Fit chicks are rad. Good luck.
Life's an endless party, not a punch card.
