After years of weights and some cross fit, i finally decided i enjoy the lonely road of training myself. Kettlebells have satisfied my need for constant improvement, variation, and challenges. Been at this solo about 2 yrs now.
Sauna has various stated and unproven benefits, but it contributes to my mental well being and mood -especially during fall winter when days are too short.
I just found this health and fitness sub-forum. Reading your subforum has restored my faith in Aggies. Other places on this sight seem so hate filled and negative. Good luck,in all yalls upcoming races.

Do you have your own sauna, and if so, what is it? I've read of the benefits claimed by near- and far- infrared saunas and am curious. Some of the claims sound like they could be helpful with some of my wife's health issues.

Thankfully, my gym in NB has a dry sauna. I'd love a home sauna however. Seems like such a wide range of prices. I'd have to do my homework before buying.

Spent the last 4 years at AF. Just moved to Childress Powerhouse in the Courtyard. My membership runs out there January 3.

Surely we ran into each other at some point.
