Hoganson is a Plastic Surgeon who specializes in hands. I'd prefer that over an ortho.

Hand surgeon sounds too specific to have a good one in BCS....why not try Houston or DFW?

Of course, I could be completely wrong.
Hoganson's post residency training was in "hands". This is his specialty.

We have great Docs in B/CS who don't want big city living.
