How long do you want to ignore this user?
Serious question. I am on medicine and it ruins my appetite. Problem with that is I'm already a skinny guy. What are some ways I can gain weight despite not much appetite?

Obviously eat as much as you can, lift heavy weights (lots of legs), don't do cardio, get 10+ hours of sleep every day.

That advise is what worked for me. I do have 3 kids (7,4,20 months) with hopes of a 4th in the next 10 months.

I get 8+ hours every night.....but I am not trying to gain weight anymore.

I never thought about the sleep thing. I probably average 4 hours a night. Could be an issue.

Sleep is extremely important for gaining muscle/good weight. I have heard/read that repair/growth only happens while sleeping.

That is mostly my wife; however, they have good sleeping genetics. I can sleep through anything and so have all our babies after 8-12 weeks. The trick seems to be wearing them out during the day and keeping them on a schedule.

You beat me to it.

BBDP and I have awesome wives. They take care of the kids AND us. That said, I wish I could find a way to get 8 hours of sleep. I get closer to 6. I could probably make it 7 if I went to work straight from the gym, but I don't really want to do that. I suppose I could go to bed earlier, but what's the fun in that?

By the way, I wish I had this problem. Gaining weight is easy for me. Losing it is the hard part.
