A kid ran into my truck when I was parked at the grocery. Really messed up his car but he mostly hit my tire/wheel and a bit of my fender. It's kinda hard to see in the picture but my wheel is scratched and the fender is. Not even sure if it's worth getting fixed. I do have his insurance info so I can file on his...

I would clean it up and see what will buff out before I considered paint repair.

I would check my alignment and suspension parts too. Keep an eye on your tire for sidewall or belt separation issues.

Go to your preferred tire shop, have them pull the wheel/tire off the truck and re-balance it.
Should tell you if the wheel was bent at all.

Similarly, get your alignment checked as the previous poster mentioned.
