I have changed the spark plugs and wires intake manifold gasket and fuel injectors still get code p0300 engine light come on goes off and flickers. Shakes and shutters at idle and take off and driving. Any options would be great

The upstream O2 is my guess. Buddy's 2019 did the same thing.
