Anyone else have this issue? I can replace the battery, and 3-4 weeks later, I need to replace it again. It happens with my main fob, and my spare.

I've read online that it could be the fob continuing to communicate with the vehicle. But where I store my keys isn't exactly near the truck.

I also read online that RFID bags are a good option. Anyone every tried that? Did it keep your battery from draining?

Had the same problem. Stick your keys in a metal can, preferably far away from the vehicle and see if that helps.

AgGrad99: Howdy, Yes Sir, had that problem. Bought a new RAM Tungsten in March. Every three or four days would go out and BATTERY DEAD! Had an appointment at the dealer on a Wednesday when on Tuesday I checked on line and saw a kind of arcane article how the new Fobs were so powerful that they could talk to the vehicle all night, therefore "keeping it awake" and running battery down.

Here is my solution, since I started using it, NO BATTERY FAILS!
RFID Pouch Amazon, $12.99 for two.
