I'm leaning to the Ram. 10 year Warranty is the tie breaker.

What say you?

Do you always keep vehicles 10 years? Be honest (I struggle to be honest with myself on auto topics).

Have you driven both?

I'd go Dodge not only for the Hurricane, but I prefer the interior.

You're comparing apples to oranges.
Compare to hurricane to ecoboost and 5.3 to hemi.

I recently traded a 2024 Silverado with the 5.3 for a 26 RAM with the Hurricane

The 5.3 sounds great but it's pretty underwhelming

The Hurricane sounds terrible but has great power

Long term reliability for the Hurricane is still unknown but I got a 7yr/125k mile warranty from Zeigler for $1950. I'm rolling the dice

The RAM is a better truck. It's more comfortable, tows better, is better off-road, and I personally much prefer the look. I also get wayyyy better dealer support. I'm in Houston and Helfman RAM is great to deal with. Westside Chevrolet can kick rocks

I miss the sound of the v8 - especially at cold start. But as soon as I hit the fun pedal I forget all about it.

Another vote for the Ram. They are so much more comfortable than the Chevys and the 100K warranty give peace of mind.

My son just bought a 26 Ram w/ the Rebel pkg and the Hurricane. I think Ram has the best interior of any truck. Seriously fast with very little turbo lag.
The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But, it's still on the list.

If you're getting a ram, get the 2026. The 100k warranty is going away in 27.
