AI has done it again. Lots of folks fell for this. Some of them don't even realize GM axed all Pontiacs years ago. It's an extinct line like Saturn and Oldsmobile.

Also note the Mercedes emblems above the Pontiac emblems. AI slop.

Nice looking car though.

Thought this might be a separate company that makes retro looking cars from current ones. There is a company that makes a Chevelle out of a current Camaro and slaps a supercharged 396 in it, and it looks fantastic. It is called a 70/SS or some such. And to be honest, I would give a testicle for one of them.

The wheels make it pretty easy to spot AI. One pothole and they are done (plus it would be impossible to turn the front wheels without rubbing)

Someone was making Firebirds from the 5th gen Camaro.

Probably sold 10 or 11.

Thanks. Not much different than the last Monte Carlos, except the grill is uglier.

I'd rather see a 1970 Monte Carlo remake

Doesn't come close to bad. More like horrific. Looks like a freshman HS student learning PS/Illustrator took an '83 and tried to do something with it.

Ugh, got excited when I clicked on the thread.

My dream car in high school was a Firehawk. Hell, I still want one. I think only around 1500 were made in the last year and I swear my town had like 10 of 'em.
