Inherited property with a Tahoe and casita trailer that an acquaintance has said he would load up and take. Both are junk but he is going to rehab the camper and part out the Tahoe.
What do I need to do paperwork wise? I have both clean titles but want to make sure I don't put either of us in a bind. I just want them gone and have zero interest in either.

Sign the title (assuming you are authorized), sign the Form-130U, take the tags, report the transfer on the Texas DOT web site.

You can put a sales price of $1, if the county disagrees, they will set a value. That's all the problem of the "buyer"

If the person taking the vehicles is a close relative:

Look at "special situations"
