Car tire explosion in front of me on I-10 got me today. Is this insurance worthy?

$1000 deductible

I think the marks down the side are just rubber.

That's an easy $2500 in repairs, need a bumper, deflector, trim piece at minimum

Followup for estimate total.

$4300 for repair.

It damaged the headlight and the tire as well as the visible bumper damage.
