What is this board's sentiment on the Kia Carnival? Are there any glaring red flags I might be missing that I need to be aware of?

They made some changes for 25 that I can't speak to, but we have a 24 and it's been great so far.

I don't like the exterior refresh as much as the outgoing.
It is the freshest design on the market.

I like that they offer hybrid or traditional V6 power options.

Long term durability is TBA but it seems ok.

We sat in the sienna, Pacifica, odyssey and Carnival at the auto show. The Kia felt very upscale and fresh but didn't feel like the materials would age super well.

The odyssey is the oldest design out there but I liked it the best in terms of look and feel and value. Its older powertrain combo seems to have earned a good reputation.

I wish Toyota wouldn't keep forcing hybrid powertrains on us. Or at least offer a turbo hybrid Sienna that makes it at least a little fun to drive or able to tow a small trailer without suffering.

I'm gunning for a boost transit but I think I'm gonna lose that one….

two guys here at work have them and each 2 kids and love them. 2023 Model IIRC.

6k on my 25 sxp and loving it. The Tuscan umber interior is burnt orange. Do not get RES, vastly overpriced for the features it has and if you have car seats they are actually in the way more than anything. VIP 7 seater has a lot of drawbacks. Tuxmat floor mats pair nicely. Fitcamx has an oem look dash cam.

What is RES? Rear entertainment system?
