Here are the services they tried to sell me that I did not need.
They said both of my side mirrors needed replacing because the turn signal in the side mirrors was not functional. I get in my car and, lo and behold, both are functional. However, they failed to repair the puddle light. I asked them to repair on one of the side mirrors. They just shoved it back into the hole without regard to the fact that one of the tabs on the puddle light itself was broken. I ordered two new puddle lights on Amazon. Gonna make this repair on my own.
Told me I needed a new engine air filter. When I put the new one in myself after declining their service, the one that was in there looked practically new. I replaced the cabin air filter at the same time. Now, so they don't try to screw me again, I wrote with sharpie on the air filter, the date and mileage when it was replaced
They said that the drain plug on my oil pan is damaged and that they can't fix it. I need a whole new oil pan. The charge for this is $800. I don't think so. The plug may actually be damaged but I think it can probably be repaired.
They told me I needed to have the rear diff service done. It's already been done with the last several years. This is even on the Toyota website. Either they didn't bother looking or assumed I was too stupid to know the difference.
Tried to sell me new spark plugs. Same as the rear diff. It's on the Toyota website and I'm well within their lifespan.
They charged me twice to repair an item.
My battery test failed. This seems to happen on my batteries pretty frequently. I think it's where we live. The battery was still under warranty and I was supposed to get a prorated price. They charged me full price.
They charged me $8 for a "complementary" battery service.
And lastly, they got my mileage wrong in the system. So on the day I had the services done. Their system already shows that it's been 20,000 miles since the service was last performed.
Once these issues are resolved, I will not be returning to that dealership.
