I have a 2022 yukon xl. And the front ball joints went out and the radiator has a small hole in it. And the yukon only has 43k. Ain't that way to early for this stuff to be going out

Nope. It's a GM product...

How does a ball joint fail that early, even for a GM product? Are you sure that the boot wasn't leaking and they just called the whole thing bad?

Ugh, that sucks and scares the hell out of me. I have a '22 Yukon XL with just over 50k miles. I've had a nagging feeling for a while that something was gonna go wrong with it which is a terrible feeling. I've thought about trading for something new but nothing really comes to mind that I want instead. I almost pulled the trigger on a new Lexus GX550 but was underwhelmed. I need a third row occasionally and the GX third row is useless, among other things.

What difference would that make? Neither of us mentioned the trim level.

All these comments about GM products crack me up.

Every manufacturer is having issues right now. They're all tricking up reliable technology, (and seemingly cutting corners elsewhere) trying to reach ridiculous CAFE standards, and recover from COVID quality and supply chain issues.

GM has lifter issues, Ford has Cam Phaser problems....they're all seeing reliability taking a dive. Even Toyota is struggling with their new tech.

I'm not brand loyal, and have owned a vehicle from nearly all the major manufacturers. Anecdotally, the most reliable in the past, for me, has been Toyota...followed closely by Chevy products. But I'd be the first to admit that means very little these days, because they're all having Quality issues. It's seemingly a crap shoot, no matter who you buy from, at the moment...
