My 76 yo mom is looking for a new sled. She was fairly pleased with her 2016 Honda CRV and probably doesn't want to stray too far from another one even with my recommendation of a 2006 Ford GT.

Any concerns with the 1.5l engine? Seems like a simple enough choice for as she rarely drives out of town. Would appreciate any good dealership contacts around the San Antonio area, as well.

The 1.5T had some early issues with fuel dilution in the engine oil, but I think if you keep oil change intervals to 5000-7500 miles or twice a year, it should be fine.
