I know it's been asked a hundred time before but who has the contact information for FORD and or LINCOLN. My wife is seriously wanting new vehicle after dealing with the issues she has been experiencing in her explorer. She now wants to move up to an Expedition or Navigator.

I don't have a specific contact, but I recommend North Park Lincoln in San Antonio. I drove there from Houston to buy my last Navigator.

We have had living hell with our 2018 as well. Cam Phasers right out of the gate at 56k miles. Valve cover at 60k miles. Alternator from valve cover oil (in my estimation) at 65k miles. Rear shocks were leaking, they are the electric ones and were $1100. Coolant crossover stuff was leaking and stranded my wife over christmas, that was a few hundred bucks. I have not replaced the transmission yet, but it needs it. Truck smells like anti freeze and oil most of the time, so still has leaks just have not addressed it yet. I don't trust it on family trips. Worst car I have ever owned mechanically speaking. As long as you are buying a 2023 or newer you should be good though. Good looking/driving trucks.

We ended up going to North Park in San Antonio and found a deal that we were comfortable with. Ended up getting a Reserve Navigator, in Tri-Color White.
