4x4 TRX vs 2wd 2500 Cummins. Who wins the tug of war?

I'd get the strongest strap I can, put the trx in 4WD and floor it dragging the cummins

Whoever dosen't break traction first. It dosen't matter how much power you make if you are spinning.

Redneck engineering answer: If the rope is run through a pulley at ground level to generate downward pressure on the attach point at the rear of the Cummins, and it's fitted with 12.5" wide tires instead of the skinny factory tires, the Cummins wins easily. If it's 2 stock trucks with just a rope tied at both rear bumpers and they start pulling, the TRX wins as soon as the Cummins invariably breaks traction.

Guess I could give it a try with my '08 6.7l 4wd and my wife's 2022 TRX.

If left in 2wd, like said above I suspect the Cummins would lose traction well before the TRX. Slap it into 4wd, however, should be a different story.

The answer is both over priced pieces of crap break, the rope wins.

Streetspeed 717 made a video where he towed an 18 wheeler (trailer included) out of an icy ditch with his TRX.
