I have a 21 Ram 2500 with a little over 36,000 miles. Its a great truck, minus the occasional fire. Recently, seen a lot of ads for diesel fuel treatment and additives like Archoil. Does anyone have any experience with any of these? Are they worth it, do they help in any way?

I use Hot Shot's Secret LX4 Lubricity Extreme. Put some in every time I get diesel.

I've used archoil, dieselkleen, stanadyne…..

I don't consider any of these as necessary. If diesel wasn't suitable as is, the manufacturer would require additive. Check the manual. I can make a case for additives on diesels built in the 80's or 90's running modern diesel, but not on anything 2000 up. If you have an issue that requires additive, then the issue should be corrected. No sense in making an already expensive operating cost even more expensive.

If you still want one, I'd stick to archoil and hotshot secret.

I run Hotshot Secret EDT every tank in my 6.7 Powerstroke. I can't confirm it actually does anything, but it does help me sleep better at night. If my CP4 does grenade, it will do so in a well-lubricated fashion.

I had a 2003 VW 1.8l TDI (one of the ones they had to buy back because of the EPA "workaround" they did). When the US required the change to Ultra-Low Sulfer mix, my mechanic recommended I use Power Service for the added lubricity. He's very conservative and voracious about reading up on the latest service manuals, etc. I took him seriously and added a bottle to every tank. It may have helped, as I got 200k+ miles on it before selling it to CarMax.

Don't know that story is relevant to your current case, but FWIW.
