How long do you want to ignore this user?
Anyone have a good contact in the Houston area? We've got a 2015 Odyssey that's been a little jerky. Had a good friend with similar issues get the work laid out in service bulletin 17-043 (https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2017/MC-10108885-9999.pdf) completed and he said that solved their problems so I made an appointment to take it in and get the same done. I get there and they tell me the issue in the service bulletin doesn't apply to my VIN even though the service bulletin says affected vehicles are 2014-2017 Odysseys of ALL trim levels and ALL VIN ranges. When I questioned them on this all they could tell me was that it didn't apply to my VIN.

From the bulletin:
If the program ID starts with 37805 it is a Continental PCM. Software is not available for the Continental PCM at this time. Go to the VERIFICATION PROCEDURE.
If the program ID starts with 37806 it is a Keihin PCM.

Which do you have? If the former, all they can do is flush the fluid.
