This is something I would like to do eventually and the main reason I got 4x4.

For the foreseeable future; tint, soft roll up tonneau cover, rubber bed mat, and perhaps a swing case. Likely going to visit an exhaust shop this week. PO installed a straight through muffler and deleted a resonator, it's a bit on the loud side. I'll likely first try just adding a resonator and if that's not enough, replace the muffler with a Borla Pro XS.

If the intake manifold goes out, that's definitely the time it'll get a better intake manifold and tuned.

After my 06 Silverado was stolen, I didn't want to get another GM truck and determined a Coyote would suit me best. I didn't want white, black, or gray, wanted 3.55 gearing at minimum, and wanted a 36 gallon tank. Meeting all those requirements led to a lengthy search.

This one popped up within the past week and was relatively close. I especially liked that someone had already installed Katskinz.

I didn't get the absolute best deal on it since it had only been listed for 3 days, but I did get them to come down ~8% and I secured a 4.99% rate. Determined paying a little bit more to get exactly what I wanted was worth it.

Why soft cover? Talk to 1ags for his cover contact, I have it and really like it. Tri-fold and super easy to remove completely if needed. Lomax brand

I don't need the security of a hard cover or want the cost of a hard cover. If I did get a hard cover, it'd be something akin to the Revolver. I also don't need something that's absolutely weathertight, anything that I put in the bed is typically weather resistant already.

Surprised the instrument cluster isn't swapped. That's about all you need to finish the "lariat" upgrade. Maybe a leather wrapped steering wheel. But also surprised there isn't a Raptor wheel in there already.

Need to get that twin screw sooner rather than later. This was my 2016 XLT Crew 4x4 with a roush 2.3L, roush cat back, 75mm pulley, VMP tune, 33x12.50s on 20" fuel wheels, and about 500lbs worth of **** in the bed. Man that truck was fun and I miss it. Still tempted to sell my Silverado and slap that blower kit on a Gen 2 Coyote F150 again.

What gear ratios did you have? Fuel system? VMP's 2.65L Odin would likely be my move.

3.55s, stock fuel pump and the 47# injectors that came with the Roush kit. The 5.0 was flex fuel capable (stock) so it came with a sufficient fuel pump from the factory. I don't live within reasonable driving distance of an E85 pump so that was never an option for me, so VMP had no problems with my fuel system on 93. It came with an 80mm (10 psi) pulley which is the phase 1 kit and I upgraded to the 75mm (12 psi) which comes with the phase 2 kit. Had 52,000 hard miles on it trouble free when it was totaled. I bought it with 8,800 miles but I don't know how long it had been supercharged.

The VMP kit would definitely be more better with that 2.65L blower and their big intercooler. I'd also look at a trans cooler upgrade. You could spike trans temps to 230 with one highway pull. I can beat the **** out of my Silverado and never touch 200.

I'll certainly look into the trans cooler if I get closer. I've been researching Coyote stuff a lot since August. I'm about halfway through my first tank of e85, it is a very noticeable difference between it and presumably 87 octane the dealership filled it with. Luckily I have e85 near my house and in the area I commonly work.

I plan on running e85 almost exclusively hence why I really wanted the 36 gallon fuel tank lol
