Any recommendations? Sunroof issues on a 23 F150. I feel like loaner cars have become non-existent post covid. Is that still the case?

I use tomball ford. I had to wait 4 days but then got a loaner. Had the loaner for 10 weeks waiting on parts.

I was able to get a loaner from AutoNation Ford Katy with about 2 weeks notice. However, similar to Durkin, I've been in the loaner for 6 weeks already and guessing it will be at least 8-10 weeks. Ford sucks.

Go to College Station Ford. They are not booked nearly as badly as Houston.

We have used them and sent two friends from NW Houston there as well all for 2018 Expedition Transmission warranty work.

Tomball Ford was 8+ weeks out and Conroe Ford Dealer was 3 months out (these were as of July 2022), but even recently it was still really bad.

Chevrolet in the Houston area is not any better in my experience. Warranty work takes forever and forget about a loaner.

North side Lexus however is great. Next day appointments even for routine service comes with a free loaner. Decided to stay with a Lexus for this reason. Ford and Chevy service in the Houston area suck.

CTP is hard to get but if you make an appointment your chances are better my friend is a tech at Demontrond in Cleveland but they only have 4-5 loaners.
