A couple years ago my daughter had a soccer game in Boulder and we needed to pick up a horse north of Denver so I drove our F350 long bed. I left the horse trailer at the ranch where we were getting the horse but took the truck to Boulder.

Tiny roads, terrible parking, low parking garage ceilings. It was a huge pain in the ass.

If I were building something like that it would be based on a Peterbilt 389x with an Eaton 18 speed.
