Can anyone tell me what could be causing this leak? I recently had some Bilstein shocks installed and am curious if it's related to that. It's the front right wheel.

It might be that you have a leak at another location but whatever fluid that is ran down and found the low point and that happened to be at the wheel well. Have you had an oil change recently? A lot of times lube tech will spill oil taking the filter off or otherwise and it will end up in a weird location.

Swab it with a paper towel to get an idea of the color to see what fluid it is.

Sure hope it's not coolant from the turbos. More than likely not related the shocks. Hard to tell. Find out if it's coolant or water.

Appears to be passenger side front tire?

I would check windshield washing fluid as that is overthere. Simply pop the hood and look the reservoir on the left side.

Ecoboost? If so, check coolant line connections to the turbos. Very common leak point.

Soak some of the liquid up with a white paper towel, or put some sort of catch pan under to catch the liquid. Figuring out exactly what it is will help knowing where to look for the leak.

Have you gotten under the vehicle with a flashlight taking your time to follow the leak UP? Might take patience, but your answer isn't going to be found in print. You'll find the leak so long as you look for it.

A trick is to sprinkle baby powder (I'd start from above) on the suspected area... drive it a day or so... then, with that flashlight and patience, get back under and follow the leak UP.

Let us know when you find it and what is was. You will find it.

If it's a '21 or newer they've had some issues with coolant system leaks due to bad parts from the factory.

Mine had a thermostat housing out of spec. It slowly drained my coolant. Some Powerboost la have had the heat exchanger leaking coolant.
