Needed magnarides all around for the wife's Denali. Ordered 2 front total assemblies (no messing with spring compressors here), 2 rears, and a trailer brake module (it keeps beeping)

Anyway, the fronts delivered, the rears are due next week. But, I saw on the website that the same part number that I paid $327 each, is now available for $179.

Westar AS-7408

Do I return the expensive ones and re-order the cheaper, or call RockAuto?

Anyone run into this?

Call them. Some businesses will simply refund the price difference and, if they refuse, then mail them back and re-buy @ the cheaper price.

You're going to be doing this repair again in less than a year. West ar is not a good brand.

I was trying to find a mid-priced alternative to the $600+ factory replacement. I'm only keeping the vehicle another 2 years or so.

Any suggestions on brand?

Does KYB or Monroe have a number?

There's a company , not strut masters that has a delete kit that uses a Bilstein set up.

I saw the delete kit, but I wanted to keep the adjustable. I'm about to put bilsteins on my duramax. The z71 package comes with Ranchos and I've got 120K on that.

I'll call RockAuto. If they don't fix the price difference I'll return them and figure it out. The fronts are shot but the rears are still working, just leaking. Running on borrowed time.

OEM rancho shocks are just ranch Branded. They're still made to oem specs not Rancho specs.

Tenneco Automotive owns them.
