Damn, it was all glowing red hot (some spots were white hot). Saw that he had some shielding, but i bet he was feeling it. I bet that's a hell of a fun ride.

Lennox used to make a pulse furnace. It was the most efficient ever made (at the time).

Safety obviously isn't this guy's primary concern. But if I can only wear a helmet in one of the videos above, I'm choosing the skateboard based on the wheel diameter and surface hardness.
