2014 F150 Super Crew, V8, 4WD, 157"WB
7350# GVWR (not the heavy duty suspension)

I'm still riding factory original shocks and struts (coil over shocks) at 122,000 miles. Noticed recently the truck is riding rougher on otherwise smooth roads. I've even felt the bed develop a mild side-to-side resonance on occasion.

So I'm looking for recs.
Rear... I presume everyone is going to say go with the Bilsteen5100s? Others?

Front... What says the group? Replace the whole assembly or just buy the shocks and rebuild with the factory springs? Suggested models?

What else to look at or replace while I've got the front off the ground?

Thanks...

Fox 2.0 will give you stability without being too harsh. Mine has about a 1" lift but can go up to 2".

4600s if you want a stock swap.

Nice regular cab. I've been looking at the 5100s to do a 1 to 1.5 inch lift on the front of a 2021 RCSB. Might look at the Fox 2.0 now too

4600 or 5100s all the way around is the easy answer. Rears are stupid easy to do yourself. Pay someone to do the fronts unless you just love using a spring compressor - you'll need an alignment anyway.

I debated between 5100 vs Fox 2.0 for awhile and ended up pulling the trigger on Fox for comfort on long highway trips. Can't go wrong either way.

Just swapped my 5100's with 65,000 miles on them for Bilstein 5160's in the rear. I definitely like them so far. Took about 45 minutes in my garage.

Would like to do 6112's in the front next but hard to find in stock. I have a 2013 F-150 boost but it's in Rapid Red not the board approved white…

I have the 6112/5160 combo on my '16 Boost and I've been really happy with them.

Ended up ordering 5100s all the way around. I'll rebuild the fronts with my stock springs. Fronts are currently back ordered, so a couple more weeks of soupy ride.

Yes, get that alignment!

I'll post pics when it's done.

Dont think the camber is adjustable, know it isn't on 2010. I put in adjustable camber bolts when i did 5100s and had them set during alignment.

Can't find the 6112s anywhere in stock. Camburg quoted me late June if I order them. I may do the Fox 2.0s instead just because I am getting impatient…
