I bought a used 2019 F150 on 10/22 with low miles and it looks and drives great but I had a big problem yesterday. I was getting my first carwash with the new vehicle and as soon as the water started in the carwash it started flowing into my truck. The broken seal or hole is at the top of the windshield right next to the rear view mirror on the passenger side. So much water came through and I had to take my shirt off and try to stop the water. Water got all over the floor and console and all over the screen. My speakers made loud cracking sound and now none of the audio works. Water was dripping out of the light buttons by the sunglasses holder up top.
It was extremely frustrating since I was stuck in one of those carwashes where your in neutral and have to ride though. I've only had the truck for a week and I'm going back to the dealer today to have them fix it or take the truck back. I'm guessing they will have to take the dash apart. I had water dripping this morning when I drove it to work. Has this ever happened to anyone? I don't know if it had a new window installed on it incorrectly or what.
