Lots of generic lift kits, wheels, and tires, marked way up to entice the 84 month note folks. They sell alot of trucks.

are the trucks really that marked up?

finding stock ones for those prices are hard right now.

I just bought one a few months ago. Yes, it's cookie cutter for what they do, but it's a cool truck. Price really isn't bad considering what you get. They scour the auctions and then flip them. Most are real low mileage and only a year or so old. I found them comparable to a stock used truck with the same options.

any sort of warranty?

what tires do they put on?

Do they do any sort of gear change or speedometer alignment? or is it literally... buy truck, spend 1 day on it doing a lift and tires/wheels, detail it, then sell it?

It's cookie cutter. The tires are cheap 35" mudders that I don't expect to get more than 20k miles out of. No biggie. I did get a warranty, but maybe I'm an idiot. The one I got covers the truck even lifted, as if it were stock.
As far as what they do, it's pretty simple. 6" lift, 35" tires, cheap spray in bed liner, detail, sell. They're all about quantity sold. My buddy got one last year and that's how I found them. He loves his as well.
I don't know if you're looking for a Ford, Chevy, or ram, but find one with the heavy tow package. It comes with lower gears and makes up for the bigger tires. My buddy and I both got F150s and I have tow package and he doesn't. Mine moves much better, and gets better fuel economy.
It's a good deal for what you get.

For being cookie cutter, I have certainly noticed they do find ALOT of 6.5' bed F150s. Guessing alot of them come from up north.

I used to work up north of Keller, and I would drive past their storage lot on occasion.

Most of their trucks if you check the history are from Canada

do you see a problem with that? not being snarky just curious.

Salt damage on the undercarriage?

One I'm eyeing is from Georgia. Looks like a lease that only had about 4 months ownership.

Not necessarily a problem but I don't know how Canada's system works if it's harder or easier to get around accidents claims etc. it would just give me a little hesitation that a lot of these are from there, the rest I agree look like leases or rentals

With such new trucks, I don't know if I would worry about salt/rust. Plus the Fords are aluminum.

Would Canadian trucks have speedo/odo in KM/h?

I think I would vet the truck just like I would any used car. Carfax and Autocheck, test drive etc

I would ditch the cheapo mud tires they put on pretty quick.

I don't know what info Mookie will provide, but when I lived in NW CO and looked at importing one, the biggest issue was that Ford would not honor the initial manufacturer's warranties.

Seems to me you're implying the lift, tires, etc. are value add items? I always thought these were a wash or value loss items when reselling a truck?

A co worker of mine bought a Lariat from Nebraska that came from Canada. He's had nothing but problems with it. VIN lookup doesn't work here either apparently. Speedometer still has mph on it but I haven't checked to see which is on the outside. There is French on the passenger side for "objects in mirror are closer than they appear ".

I bought my 2019 Silverado RST Z71 from Net Direct in June 2020. It had 11,000 miles on it and it came from Iowa. It was a lease vehicle originally. I can't say enough about NetDirects buying process. Easily the best dealer experience I've ever had. Since then I had a bunch of wheel weights fall off so I called them and since I am not local to them they paid for all 4 wheels to be rebalanced by my local dealer.
