I am considering having a couple of door dings removed and was wondering about getting a quote for paintless dent repair. Does this actually produce acceptable results? If so, any recommendations for a reputable place in Brenham or BCS to have this done? Thanks in advance!

Check Craigslist... FB...

I found a guy a few years ago. He worked on all the exotics up the 111, and also did some work from home.

I witnessed him remove ~25 dings and 'dents' from my 986. $225. Took him 1.5 hours. He told me those guys that charge $30-100 per ding/dent? Crooks. There are some dings/dents that MIGHT be worth that price, compared to a bodyshop. His recommendation was to me, if considerting a "shop" to offer them 50-75% of their asking price.

I went with him.

Good luck.

It can produce excellent results if the dent doesn't have a sharp crease. If it is pretty smooth and rounded, it can be knocked out to where you'd have to really search for any evidence it was ever there.

Lance Johnson did some work for me earlier this year. He's a one man operation, and did a great job. Has a really nice shop on Burnett St. in Bryan.
