Did a super quick build (30ish hours) to make it to the TMGP season opener. Going to make some revisions and clean up the fab work, then show up next month and hope to win!

Man, that's only whenifyou crash!
I rode a KX 65 once when I was in high school. That little ******* was a fast ass wheelie machine for such a small bike. That's a good thing if your's is faster than that.coleasterling said:
It is quick! Quicker than a stock kx65 by a good bit. Tops out at 52ish mph though, and loses quite a bit of torque near the very top end. The mid range pull is...significant, though.
That is awesome!coleasterling said:
Nope! I'm the first one to bring a competitive (maybe any?) electric out. I intend to have the fastest bike out there in multiple classes, then work with the organizers to write rules for electric classing and safety.
Yep, exactly! And in the end, the risk is pretty low. TMGP is a super friendly league full of great people who just want to have fun and further the sport. If I can help promote both motorcycle racing and electrics at the same time, I'm a happy camper, even more so if it turns into a product line for our company in the future, too.Tim Weaver said:That is awesome!coleasterling said:

Sprint racing is a fantastic fit for electric at our current levels of tech/battery. It will help drive the technology forward.
Forged in the fires, of the crucible, of the heart, of the fire of motorsport as Hammond would say.....
