I test drove one the other night. They are negotiating a lot on them. I went with the intent of the LTZ and they didn't have the color combo I wanted except in an LT. The LT disappointingly doesn't have power fold in mirrors (a must for me and the conversion doesn't look fun), leather, heated or cooled seats, no chrome handles / grill, and no nerf bars or running boards. I think drive out on a 2018 Silverado crew cab ltz with no extra adds can be obtained in the 31-33ish range.

33.6 is the website +ttl on the dealer website - so around 36k drive out. I think you can get it driveout better than that. I was shooting for drive out on a ltz crew cab 2wd around 31-33. It's aggressive but I believe doable.

Ok so the Silverado crew cab 2wd Texas edition I was getting quotes out the door for around 32-33ish. I'm flaky with the number because they were working the deal between trade in and pickup price.

The LTZ best I could get was out the door around 35-36 (crew cab 2wd Texas edition).

I ultimately decided to not do anything. The LT didn't have the options I wanted and adding them would have ultimately left me with the LTZ price that I didn't like either.

If you find an LTZ 4x4 for $36 I'm gonna be pissed. I just bought one for $42. (Z71 Midnight edition w/buckets)

Was $37k including TTL. I went to two places today and got a z71 LT quoted for $39 walk out and a regular 4x4 for $37K

Update for those interested. I ended up with a 2018 LTZ 4x4 with a MSRP of $53K for $38.8K including TTL. I feel like it was a solid deal!

Damn. Hell of a deal. I paid more but got a great deal (so I thought) on my trade and in a completely different part of the country. It was shiny for a little while then it started snowing and hasn't stopped.

If the ltz crew cab 2wd can be had for $31k, I may need to go look.
