Think they'll notice when I put a lift kit on the Jeep and then whip out my lifetime alignment warranty card?
Set the toe and let it go.hypeiv said:
Unless you have adjustable control arms and trackbar, what alignment adjustment can you really make to a solid front axle jeep except re-centering the steering wheel?
edit: to say a stock wrangler has fixed control arms and trackbars
All depends.Pahdz said:
how often do people need these done nowadays? i had a 2009 Silverado for 250,000 miles and never once had one done (that I recall, MAYBE there was one), and had even tire wear and no issues the entire time.
If they do the word it does not void the warranty. It is like that with Brake Check and Pep Boys as well. It is all to drive work later. Sometimes, they may let you pay for a one time alignment if you had work done and then go back to your lifetime warranty. Kind of a "penalty".drumboy said:
You can't use this after replacing front end parts? That kinda defeats the purpose.
They always did it or me after I put new tie rods on....drumboy said:
