We're selling our 105 year old family farm, seven miles outside of Fredericksburg, Texas. There are two Antique Tractors that the new buyer has asked us to remove from the property (as well as about fifteen antique farm implements - about half are horse/mule drawn implements, the other half tractor drawn).
The first Tractor is a 1949 Oliver Row Crop 77. This Tractor has been parked under a grove of oak trees for twenty years - since my Dad left the farm and entered a nursing home. It was in running condition when parked - I cannot attest to is mechanical condition as of now. I know one of the rear tires is flat/rotten. I think the other tires are OK.
The other tractor is a Ford D8N or D9N - I think 1946 model (I'm still working at trying to decipher the serial number).
I had this tractor in good working condition six years ago when I ran over a stump that jammed the clutch. The tractor could still be operated by killing the engine and then shifting gears and restarting under low throttle. I parked the tractor under a shed six years ago and shortly thereafter I was injured in an accident that kept me practically bed-ridden for two years. I am now permanently partially disabled and unable to work on either tractor.
Being unsure of either tractor's mechanical condition, we will sell both tractors "as-is" and the buyer will be responsible for loading and hauling off-site. I live in San Antonio, but you can set up an appointment with me to view the tractors any day of the week.
The following link has several pictures of the tractors as well as the farm implements that are all for sale.

Good luck with sale! I can't see the photos on my phone, tells me I need an app.
