If I didn't need a vehicle much sooner than (optimistically) late 2017 I'd be seriously considering one. They do also mention that there will be more fully optioned models built first, so it may be a while before you actually see one for around the 35k MSRP.

Need some power numbers. My 335i is 460tq / 440 wrhp FBO, meth, e85. I'd would really like a "D" option with 500+.

I'm in the market and intrigued. I only drive about 7500 miles per year with 98% of that between work and home. Would be cheaper than what I'm looking at too, if these price tag rumors are true.

Nice. I was thinking about it but actually just bought a car a few weeks ago as I needed something sooner than late 2017. I'll probably look into one more seriously when they release.
