Does anyone have any experience with this? Test drove an ATS this weekend and loved the car but almost all of the reviews I read online point this system out as a negative. I'm wondering if negative reviews are due to learning curve or if it's truly a PITA system.

It has very few actual buttons. It's all voice command and touch screen. Basically, it's an iPad with voice command. If the voice command doesn't work well I could definitely see where it's not practical.

I've played with this in an XTS and CTS, both rentals I've had, and I have to say, its harder to use than MyFordTouch but not as crappy as Kia's UVO system.

The best system IMO is still the Lexus system with the synaptic touch 'mouse' which still isnt super great, but is the easiest to use without going through a 3 hour training class.

It's alright. I had an ATS before I wanted a truck again and it's not too terrible.

There are no knobs so when you want to change the radio station or turn down the air, you have to look at what you're pressing and can't take your eye off the road. It is better to use the steering wheel controls at that point.

I heard they updated the CPU to make it more user friendly.
