2014 SuperCrew STX 5.0 V8 2WD

36 months $299 per month.
10,500 miles per year.

I WILL drive more than that... However the salesman said if you trade it in or buy it before the 36 months, mileage doesn't matter at all.

Never leased. But this deal sounds pretty nice to me.

I'm trading in an 08 KIA Optima and only need to pay first payment.

Help please! I have until Monday.

Just on this deal. Guy wasn't pushy but def wanted the deal. I return the truck Monday and will give him a yes or no on that specific deal.

Funny thing is he drove us around the rainy lot in a blue STX 4x4 and that's what I took home with me tonight. I want to tell him to give me this deal for the 4x4...

Just as a comparison. I purchased a 2014 XLT 4x4 with leather HIDs etc. (302a package) and refinanced through Aggieland CU @ 1.9% (after taking the financing incentive from ford). Payment is $348/month for 72. Just an option if you plan on keeping it long term-you can get a payment right around that lease payment. If you like to switch every few years maybe a lease is better for you, I've never leased so I have no say in whether that is a good deal or not,

I guess I should add I made out well on my trade and was able to put a decent chunk down. If you have nothing to put down then it might be a different story.

Depending on where you are, there are lease offers for 299/mo for 24 months for 2014 F150 XLT 4x4 Supercrew 301A. STX is basically an XL Sport...

$299 /mo. for 24 mos.
Ford Credit Red Carpet Lease
$4369 Cash Due at Signing
Security deposit waived
Taxes, title and license fees extra

You also need to know waht the penalty is for trading in early or buying and what the cost is if you buy and if you trade what the terms are (i.e. only can trade in if you lease another one etc).

This does not seem right. Yes if you buy it out it could have a million miles otherwise read the contract.

Stipulated I'm sure if he wants to buy it for a set amount.

i.e. if he put 100,000 in 2 years, he wouldnt buy it for ACV, he'd buy it for a predetermined amount based off 21,000 miles. So he'd be screwed.

If he traded, it would be under the stipulation that he lease or buy (maybe) another Ford vehicle.

I know very little about leases.

Trucks hold their value like crazy right now. Based on that fact, I would venture a guess that you are FAR better off purchasing.
