I am looking to raise the nose of my truck.

I asked here in September, and it was suggested I get an Icon or Carli set up. 2.5" in the nose.

I tried a search here for shops and got lazy, so I apologize if this has been discussed already.

I am looking for a shop in Houston that will perform a leveling kit for the nose and rear. I want zero rake.

Plan on putting 35x12.5x20 tires on the truck too.

Any one who has done the same thing or similar and wants to share the cost, that would be appreciated too. I know the tires are going to cost me about $1,500.00

TIA!

Anywhere. Not a hard job. I had it done on a work truck at big tex off-road in Humble. Quick-Lane at planet ford price matches tires, and gives you 5% back in rewards. So on those tires that would be enough to pay for an oil change.

What part of town are you in. It's not hard at all.

Do you know what kind of setup or have you gotten the parts yet? I've got the 2.5 icon coils and 1" pmf bottoms mount spacer. And 4" rear block and it's got tiny front rake (front high) so 2.5 and 4 in is perfect. Don't forget a adjustable track bar to center the axle also.

Stock wheels 35's will be great. I have my old atz's on lariat 20"s still if you want to spread the cost out.

I live in Spring, work in Galveston.

Weekend time is precious and scarce.

I have not purchased any parts yet, and do not have a timetable for project.

Maxxed performance in Baytown did my install on the springs and blocks for very reasonable but I've also redone it when installing the bottom mount spacer.

Also have some used bilstien 5100's for that size if you dont know what you want.

Though I would suggest fox 2.0 shocks as they run 170/ea and are very much improvement over stock of bilstiens and not cost 2500 like the king 2.5's or similar 2.0 icons.

Maxxed Performance in Baytown. They've done great work for me and my brother. The owner, Max, is a good dude and always quotes a fair price.

Carli has to be an authorized shop. Only one in Houston is woodlands performance and suspension. They have pictures of all the Carli jobs on their facebook. They did my full coilover plus triple bypass system and I haven't had any issues. They checked it all out a month later and went back and re torqued everything.

I also have to say Carli really does make an awesome product. You wont be disappointed, but I do understand it is a ton of money so.

I do have to say it looks like you have the ranch hand style front bumper, might be too much weight in the front for most of the Carli systems. They tune them for pretty much stock weight plus a little. With my fab fours black steel plus 16.5ti winch (~375-450lbs) the front of my truck sagged 2 inches. Luckily I have coil overs I was able to adjust but just a heads up if you are doing a spring change out as well.

To resurrect an old thread, what ICON kit did you go with? Truck looks great! How do you like it after having it for a year?

Would like to know as well. I have considered a similar set up for my Dodge.
