What 1ag said...be sure to Wesley's Bleach White the tires first and scrub them with a stiff brush, will make the tire shine look much much better.

Does it stay on the tire, or sling all over the side of the car? That's the problem I have.

The stuff mentioned above should stay...just don't over coat it. And make sure there's no wind when you apply it...you'll have a coat of it all over your car.

Personally I use a water-based tire gel...but that's me
