What's a "test track" car?

Just curious, what do the codes for the blocked labour ops mean?

Each repair task or part is assigned a labor op code. For instance, in powertrain codes, K ops are for transmission, J ops are for engine, and T ops are for unique bulletin procedures such as recalls.

So why is it 'blocked'?

Interesting...sounds like this is one of the same cars?

...just an update. I was able to negotiate an $8K cash settlement and received the check FedEX today. Now the only question is what to do with the money:

1.) Stick it in savings for future repairs.
2.) Use it to pay down my loan (2.24% APR, very manageable payment)
3.) Use it to take it one state over to Hennessey Performance and put it toward a V650 or V700 performance package price. I'd likely have to add the performance clutch option if I can't find any evidence that it was changed. To me the V700 option seems like it may be the higher reliability option given the camshaft change.
