Apparently NTB stripped my wheel lock when they put on a new tire about a year ago. The tire I bought from them is now flat, and I tried to change it, but the wheel lock tool slips over and over and over when trying to change it.

Suggestions? Luckily the car is sitting in my driveway, and not on the side of the road.

If it helps, the wheel lock key looks very similar to this:

Car is a 2007 Accord SE.

Sometimes you can hammer on a socket to get them off. If you can make that work, that's the easiest solution...

Yup

Get a socket that's about the same size as the wheel lock and hammer it on with a BFH.

Attached rachet and back it off.

JB weld the key/socket to the nut. Wait overnight. Hope it works in the morning?

I doubt JB Weld would hold up to that much torque.

1agswitch's post +1.
I worked at Discount Tire for 5 years and the Gorilla locks with the shanks were the most difficult to remove without the key. If you can find a wheel with countersunk lug holes that fit the locks, the suckers are darned near impossible to take off without the key.

As for the OP, a thin walled socket a shade smaller than the lock, hammered on and twisted will normally do the trick.

My former neighbor apparently used to steel tires and wheels as a teenager. I had one I could not get off of my wife's car and he said to only use 12 point sockets. Apparently, anything less and you'll spend all day trying to hammer it on and you might not ever separate the socket form the lug nut. If you do, your socket and your nut will be worthless. This way you can reuse both for next time.
