I am getting a vibration when I drive from the right front. When I pull the wheel off, there seems to be a bit of play at that joint. Could this be my problem???? I pulled the wheel on the other side, and it didn't have near as much play.

At what speeds? If it's 55-70, then most likely tire out of balance. But regardless, you need to replace the tie rod and get an alignment.

Can cause death wobble if it gets REALLY bad, I would go ahead and replace both outers if I were you.

Yes. dont delay the repair.

At best, it will cause uneven tire wear and if it's bad enough it certainly could cause a vibration/wobble/etc. Either way it should be fixed pronto.

yes i had this bad at times on the highway and just replaced mine this past weekend

Are you are talking about lower ball joints. They can cause wobble ect. Is it so bad the stearing wheel moves back and forth.If it is a high speed vibration more likely a tire issue. Rotate the tires and see if it moves to the rear. If it is a tie rod end can also give like symptom. Do the hub bearings feel tight?

Have just seen the topic line so tie end is the question. Depending on the car there may be an inner one also.
