How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'm having dizziness/ equilibrium problems after being sedated 2.5 weeks ago. I was under for four days. Its wrecking my life, I cant go back to work, and about all I can do is sit in a recliner all day. I'm losing weight because my jittery feeling has me not feeling like eating and trying to figure out what to eat three times a day is work in itself. Ive gone from 256 to 232 in under a month. Ive got some reserves but a hard attempt to control it hasn't worked. Any recommendations for a top end neurologist? Houston/ Temple/ Waco? Maybe someone that has experience dealing with "brain fog" after anesthesia? Thanks a bunch!

Dr. D. Ready at Scott and White in Temple is an excellent neurologist.

Dr. Randy Gardell is the best in Waco. That's who my physician wife recommends.

I don't believe he's a neurologist although he works in that department.

Dr. Jeffrey Clark at Baylor Scott & White Clinic, Temple. Great guy and mentor of my son and daughter in law in medical school there.

He's not just a neurologist, he is a headache specialist. He's been my neurologist for the last 6 or 7 years.

Although a fine doctor, he is not a neurologist. He is a headache specialist and works in the neurology department, but he is not a neurologist and shouldn't be called one. He is not board certified in neurology as he's only board certified in family medicine.

Randy Gardell or Joel Freitag would be great choices. Freitag was my neuro in the 1990s when I worked at Providence. I was on the floor where all their patients were.

Thanks a bunch! I have an appointment with Dr Gill in Cypress since it's a little closer to CS. Will head north if needed.
