I'm referring to the far North end of the sidewalk

Went over there yesterday and saw significant construction. Is that going to be a road bridge? walking bridge? What paths/roads will be connected? What are they going to do with the concrete walking track?

Also will there another bridge over Nolan creek connecting the UMHB area to Loop 121 (9th or Shine perhaps)?

OK, just read that federal grant request to extend 9th over Nolan creek to 121 was denied in 2012

Did that ever get approved?

I believe it finally got approved.

What are they building at the North end of the sidewalk near the Harris Community center?
