Thoughts on some of the local Waco builders? Ones I've heard: MK Homes, which is a couple of Ags, and Sorrells and Gunn, where Keith Gunn is Gene Stallings' son in law. What about these two? Any others?

We're about to start the process and figuring out who to talk to.

Mike Clark builds higher end homes. He did the Hawkins place and I beleive most of Spanish Oak.

There are several builders that do good work here in Woodway.

Sorrells & Gunn
Gary Santos with Yellow Brick Homes
Mike Clark
Brad Alford also does good work

I can ask around and get some more if you need them Bohunk.

Richard Clark also builds a good home.

Those Sorells and Gunn homes are impressive. The Yellow Brick homes I've seen have been nice as well.

In the middle of the process with Sorrells & Gunn. VERY professional, and we are really happy so far with the communication and the quality of the contractors they are using.

Brad Alford is a high character guy and does a great job. Former Fightin' Texas Aggie football player, too!

Most of what he builds is mid to high-end stuff. Top quality all the way.
