Victoria is far from Houston. I think we should have a Texas A&M - Maui. We already have Qatar.

The way the colleges are set up in Texas, you have 4 major University "Systems" in place (A&M, UT, Texas State, and UofH) to handle establishment issues for the branches. UH-V benefits from the association with UofH.
